Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. You will have the opportunity to take in bound calls and internet leads and pre-qualify them for the best loan program that fits their needs. Personal production is a bonus but not neccessary as we will guid and mentor you to help build your own business.
Skills would include excellent personal rapport building, service expertise, the ability to express empathy, listen carefully, overcome objections and have fun! Key tasks include evaluating clients' financial information, providing guidance on loan options, and maintaining excellent customer service.

This role is located in Phoenix, AZ, though some work from home is acceptable and is commission only with the opportunity to get company leads.
