Job Description

B&B has been selected to manage the following retained search. Our client is ready to interview, hire and have the selected candidate start in Q2 time frame.

Expanding multi-site B2C/B2B service business with decades of customer satisfaction, community involvement, and profitability. Report to proactive and empowering CEO who endorses continuous improvement and utilizing technology where applicable. Lead a team of seven. This is not a hybrid or virtual role. Bring new ideas and raise the value of HR across the enterprise. A quick overview is as follows:

  • Organization Planning & Development : Lead human resource and talent strategy as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. Acquisition due diligence & integration; automation; continuous improvement.

  • Talent Acquisition : Oversee and lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring and onboarding processes and effectiveness.

  • Employee Relations : Manage and lead employee communications and processes. Be the Voice of the Employee. Identify ways to support work/life balance opportunities.

  • Performance Management/Training : Lead performance appraisal systems. Provide coaching, skills development, and career ladder progress. Enhance skills development and training programs.

  • PR, Compensation & Benefits : Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. Oversee and manage companywide payroll, annual bonus and equity planning.

  • Compliance : Plan, lead, develop, and implement policies, processes, training, and surveys to support HR compliance and strategy needs. Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and innovative technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law.

REQUIREMENTS : BS/BA required; PHR, SPHR and/or MBA/MS a plus. Seek experienced HR Director, VP or CHRO from multi-location business with over 200 employees. Ideal candidate will come from a business committed to quality, integrity, safety and sustainability.

REWARD : $180,000 to $210,000 DOE plus 15% bonus, deferred compensation (10-12% of salary), and excellent benefits.
