VHS is looking for a qualified Nurse Practitioner - Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit.

- Description: CTS APP NorthernThe APPs work until done and then the Locums is on call therest of the night. They can leave the hospital once everything is donewhich is usually around 3 pm. Usual arrival to get to the hospital isbetween 0600 and 0630.Candidate MUST have active MI license - not accepting IMLC Prefer candidates who are local to Michigan Start 30 days to allow for hospital credentialing provider billing will be done under physician 1-2 providers needed 8 hour on-site inpatient shift with remainder on-call/coverage 24/7 call support will take first call reasonable volume but not overwhelming Prefer experience including ICU Vein harvesting required No clinic inpatient only including OR hospital rounding including ICU First date of coverage needed - 6/27/25-8/1/2025Expenses: Please note: Must have active MI license at time of name clear will only accept IMLC when dates are 60 days out with proof of LOQ for IMLC. Will only accept Board Certified - it is noted in their bylaws. Must be COVD vaccinated. Provide rates at time of name clear DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear Car Fuel mileage hotel is a 150 cap including taxesrental must be refueled before being returned McLaren does NOT reimburse Med Staff FeesNo lodging booked through 3rd party websites ie expedia kayak etcMcLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodgingMalpractice rates MUST be included in the rateOrientation rate is 1/2 the hourly rate Please note: immunizations records will be required for clearance from occupational health Hep B MMR Varicella - vaccine series or immune titerFlu - for current flu seasonCovid DocumentationTB - within 12 monthsTDAP - adult vaccine within the last 10 years
