Skid Steer Operator Job Summary We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Skid Steer Drivers to assist with disaster recovery and cleanup efforts. This role involves operating skid steers to clear debris, assist in demolition, and support rebuilding efforts in disaster-affected areas. The ideal candidate has experience operating heavy equipment, is safety-oriented, and can work in challenging conditions. Skid Steer Operator Responsibilities Operate skid steer loaders to remove debris, clear sites, and transport materials Assist with demolition, excavation, and grading tasks as needed Load and unload materials and supplies Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Work in coordination with emergency response teams and other laborers Provide general assistance as needed to support disaster recovery efforts Skid Steer Operator Position Requirements Proven experience operating skid steers or similar heavy equipment Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
