Role Overview:
We are seeking a technically strong, leadership-minded engineer to contribute and lead MEP systems design projects in commercial buildings
Key areas of focus include:
· HVAC system design, including cooling and heating load calculations
· Plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems
· Equipment selection and preparation of technical specifications
· Construction administration and documentation
· BIM coordination and implementation
· Integration of renewable energy and energy conservation technologies
· Energy assessments and life-cycle cost analysis
· Project budgeting, labor estimation, and cost forecasting
· Facility assessments and long-term planning
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:
· A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
· Professional Engineer (PE) license
· 5 to 15 years of relevant experience with progressive leadership responsibilities
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT
· Additional certifications such as LEED, Certified Energy Manager (CEM), or Building Systems Commissioning are highly desirable
