  • Master the art of collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with store-level personnel to expertly execute all promotional events , from captivating product demonstrations to ensuring perfect quantities and optimal setup.

Champion Operational Excellence & Enablement

  • Be the go-to resource: Provide crucial support by creating shelf labels for price changes and store sets, ensuring our products are always perfectly presented.
  • Fuel the sales engine: Consistently update price lists and generate vital reports, empowering both yourself and the sales team with critical insights.
  • Optimize field operations: Compile essential sales route sheets for the Regional Sales Manager, ensuring efficient and effective coverage.
  • Be a knowledge hub: conduct price checks for both customers and sales staff, demonstrating responsiveness and expertise.
  • Equip for success: Secure and provide product samples to both sales staff and customers, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed.

Collaborate & Innovate

  • Contribute strategically: Participate in monthly/quarterly sales meetings, sharing insights and shaping future strategies.

Physical Requirements

  • Office & Field Readiness: You're comfortable with prolonged periods of desk work and computer use.
  • Physical Dexterity: You're capable of lifting up to 50+ pounds occasionally.
