• Lead quality control initiatives by overseeing and enhancing processes that safeguard product quality and consistency, while also implementing continuous improvement measures to boost overall operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to achieve seamless operations and meet production targets effectively.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory for this role, with a preference for degrees in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related fields that align with the responsibilities of plant operations.
• Demonstrated experience in the Food & Beverage industry is essential, with a proven track record of successfully managing plant operations in a high-demand environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements, including familiarity with agencies and frameworks that govern the Food & Beverage sector.
• Expertise in quality standards such as GMPs, HACCP, or SFSF is highly desirable, as this knowledge is critical for maintaining product safety and compliance.

• Plant Management: A solid history of managing plant operations with a focus on optimizing processes, reducing downtime, and achieving production goals. The ability to inspire and lead diverse teams is a critical component of this role.
