What you’ll be doing:

• In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting daily maintenance operations while driving continuous improvement across equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency
• Maintain production efficiency through proactive preventive and predictive maintenance
• Analyze process data to identify trends and implement continuous improvements

Need to have:

• Proven ability to manage competing priorities while leading cross-functional project teams
• Background in driving efficiency through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement systems
• Experienced with diverse systems including robotics, conveyance, welding, sealing, and vision technologies
