Summer Internship In Real Estate Or Property Management

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leasing & Tours Answer inquiries and shadow apartment tours alongside our leasing consultant.
• Resident Relations Engage with current and future residents, answer questions, and support community events.
• Marketing & Lead Flow Track incoming leads, assist with guest cards, and contribute to promotional efforts.
• Property Operations Shadow Security Deposit inspections, Assist with Move-in efforts, and learn how to keep a high-end property running smoothly.

Who We're Looking For:

• 18+ with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Friendly, outgoing, and eager to learn.
• Interested in real estate, property management, or hospitality.
• Comfortable with computers.

The Details:

• Hours: Flexible between Monday Sunday, 9 AM 5 PM.
• Compensation: Unpaid Internship
• Start Date: Summer availability
