Industrial Painter – $17/hr – Full-Time – Bossier City, LA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring an experienced Industrial Painter for a reputable company in Bossier City, LA . This is a full-time opportunity offering steady hours, competitive pay, and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, or blasting as needed
Mix and apply paints, primers, epoxies, or coatings using spray guns, rollers, or brushes
Interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications to determine paint processes
Operate and maintain painting equipment including airless sprayers and paint booths
Apply protective coatings to metal, steel, and concrete surfaces
Inspect finished work for proper coverage, quality, and adherence to specifications
Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE while working with hazardous materials
Keep a clean, organized workspace and properly store tools and materials
Qualifications:
Prior industrial painting experience required
Ability to read and follow blueprints and work orders
Familiarity with various painting tools and equipment
Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
Reliable and able to work independently
