McNeilus produces a complete line of high-performance rear load, front load, and automated side load refuse bodies to augment any refuse collection fleet. Our team members are critical in our mission of supporting waste warriors and keeping communities safe and clean. Responsibilities include priming, painting, and touchup of vehicles with power spray equipment and brushes, sanding, washing, and conditioning parts as necessary, and inspecting completed parts for quality and to validate component standards are met. Minimum qualifications include six months of industrial painting experience, ability to read checklists, paint codes, safety logs, and other required documents, and proficiency in painting in a single assigned area. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, automotive paint experience, and willingness to train in multiple areas to obtain a Painter II level. Benefits include eligibility for medical, prescription, dental and vision insurance beginning Day 1 of employment, up to $10,000 each year for tuition reimbursement, 401k plan with company match, company bonus plan, paid time off, pay increases every 6 months based on performance, and a $2/hour shift differential for 2nd shift only. High school diploma/GED is not required, and financial assistance for education up to a Masters’ degree is available.
