Foundry Production Worker – Green Sand Experience Preferred
Sidney, OH | $19.00/hour | Temp to Perm | Overtime pay at 1.5
A leading custom aluminum casting foundry located in Sidney, OH, is currently hiring Foundry Production Workers. We specialize in sand and permanent mold castings for the aerospace, automotive, defense, and performance aftermarket industries.
We’re looking for motivated local candidates with a strong work ethic and green sand molding experience. While we provide on-the-job training, prior foundry experience is preferred.

What You'll Do:
Work in a high-heat, industrial foundry environment
Assist in the production of custom aluminum castings
Lift and handle materials weighing 60–80 pounds regularly
Operate molding equipment, pour molds, and perform quality checks
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
Prior experience in a foundry environment (preferred)
Green sand molding knowledge (Preferred)
Ability to lift 60–80 pounds consistently
Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
