Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Provide administrative support to one Senior Vice President and two Vice Presidents, including handling calls, managing calendars, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, and coordinating domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries.
  • Organize on-site and off-site meetings and conferences with internal and external stakeholders, ensure appropriate use of conference room equipment, and maintain strong follow-up to meet executive and team needs.
  • Process expense reports, route documents for signature, manage UPS/FedEx requests, and ensure timely handling and distribution of memos, invoices, and project-related paperwork.
  • Manage R&D conference room scheduling and supply orders, support town hall logistics, and serve as backup for departmental procedures and administrative coverage as needed.

Here’s what you’ll have:

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
