The Role:
We’re hiring a high-performance Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder/CEO to streamline his time, calendar, decision-making, operations, and communication. This is not a “support” role—it’s a strategic leverage position that multiplies impact.
You will be the right hand to a visionary founder running multiple high-stakes projects at a time. Your role is to protect his time, anticipate needs, filter noise, and build trust.
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Manage day-to-day communications with clients and partners
🔹 Handle scheduling for podcast shows, events, and rental units
🔹 Assist with accounts receivable and light bookkeeping
🔹 Book travel arrangements for the team
🔹 Provide production assistance during media shoots and events
🔹 Take on additional tasks as needed—this is a hands-on role!
