Job Title: Laboratory Service Support Representative
\n Client: Kelly
\n Location: Novato, CA
\n Pay Rate: $33.00 per hour
\n Hours : 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday 
\n6 month assignment 
\n
\n Responsibilities: \n

    \n\t
  • Conduct site operations in line with program contracts and Statements of Work\n\t
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, service vendors, and staff\n\t
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines related to laboratory asset management\n\t
  • Manage inventory, including pre-registering and escorting engineers, maintaining consumables, and updating asset records\n\t
  • Support service activities, review reports, and resolve customer issues\n\t
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and adhere to safety procedures\n\t
  • Travel to multiple client locations as needed to support account requirements\n
\n Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: \n\n
    \n\t
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience\n\t
  • Laboratory experience \n\t
  • Previous customer service experience\n\t
  • Experience in Life Science or Healthcare environment preferred\n\t
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint\n
\n Working Conditions: \n\n
    \n\t
  • Works primarily at customer locations, in office environments including cubicles and laboratory settings with noise and hazards\n\t
  • Interactions include face-to-face meetings, telephone, email, Teams meetings\n\t
  • Physical Activity: Walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, lifting, PC work\n\t
  • May use material handling equipment like push carts and pallet jacks\n\t
  • Required to travel by airplane and automobile for meetings and trainings as necessary\n
