📍 Location: 100% Onsite — Carlsbad, CA 92008

💵 Pay Rate: $16–$17/hour (W2)

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

📆 Contract Duration: 6 Months

🔧 About the Role

Are you ready to join a fast-paced, hands-on production team in the world of custom golf equipment? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated assembler to help build premium golf clubs at our Carlsbad facility. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy working with your hands, and have a background in manufacturing or mechanical assembly — this is the opportunity for you!

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Assemble stock and custom golf clubs using tools and machines
• Follow written/verbal instructions, assembly layouts, and blueprints
• Conduct quality checks to ensure precision and excellence
• Cross-train across different production processes
• Maintain and identify equipment calibration needs
• Assist with training new assemblers
• Stand for long hours, and lift/move 10–20 lbs regularly

✅ What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma preferred
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on assembly experience
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet all day
