The Application Specialist to oversee the technical aspects of our clinical competency management software for Nursing. This role acts as the primary point of contact for managing, configuring, and ensuring the effective use of the application. Experience in project management will be critical for implementation efforts, optimizing workflows, and coordinating updates to meet organizational needs. Schedule Monday-Friday Day hours Required Qualifications Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN or BAN) Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: NPD-BC (Board Certified in Nursing Professional Development) within two years of hire. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience in application management, software support, or similar technical roles (HR and Learning Management Systems) Skilled in managing large and complex data sets Project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading software implementation or upgrade projects Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: N/A Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: NPD-BC (Board Certified in Nursing Professional Development) at hire. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience in the healthcare or clinical education sector. Proficiency in reporting tools and data analysis for system performance evaluation.
